By placing an order you are subject to the following terms and conditions; All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the sale price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we are not responsible. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order. All prices advertised are subject to change.

In order to administer the order and for the performance of the agreement between you and Place of Birth, we will disclose information regarding your name, address, order information and device used for the purchase to the third party payment provider. As per above, payment providers are data collectors for their own processing of your personal data in order to process payments.

Similar to the purpose of administering your order(s) and to fulfil contractual obligations in relation to you, we will share your personal data, i.e. your name, address, telephone number, in addition to order information with our delivery partners.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Place of Birth, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return in the condition you received. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Products purchased as a sale item rather than as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of returned products back to Place of Birth. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returns are at the customer’s expense.
However, Place of Birth will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds for returns will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card or payment method. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded neither will shipping costs, as above.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability, or refunded.
Returns on promotion purchases – Refunds for items purchased as part of e.g. buy 2 for £(x) and any similar promotions. Returns under such promotions will result in a refund to bring the remaining retained item(s) back to RRP.
